Principal’s Message
Greetings Quioccasin families,
My name is Robert Stevens, and I am pleased to write this letter of introduction as your new Proud Principal of Quioccasin Middle School. My time in Henrico County has shown me that Quioccasin is a unique and special place. I have been spending time getting to know the staff and the community more personally, and I am genuinely excited to work with you and your students.
Professionally, I have over 18 years of experience in education with degrees in business and educational leadership. Before this role, I served six years as the Assistant Principal at Varina High School and most recently as the Associate Principal of CodeRVA Regional High School. I am a native of Roanoke, Virginia, and I reside in North Chesterfield with my three children, Kian, Riyan, and Sean, and my supportive wife, Tiffany. Tiffany also serves the Henrico community as a School Quality Instructional Coach. My hobbies include reading, listening to music, and traveling.
As we prepare for the 2022-2023 school year, we plan to focus on academic excellence by fostering a safe, student-centered learning environment that meets the needs of Every Griffin, Every Day. Our theme for the year is Many Minds, Four Houses, ONE Community. Working together, we will make the future brighter for our students and the greater Quioccasin Community. If you need anything from me over the rest of the summer or during the school year, please contact me via email at rlstevens@henrico.k12.va.us.
Sincerely,
Robert L. Stevens, II
